We have done all the tests like thyroid, genetic etc.. even all tests are normal.I am still unable to complete my full term. what could be the cause?

Hi, I had married 6 Years back, My spouse had 4 times miscarriages in the early stage of first trimester of pregnancy. Baby growth is suddenly stopping and no heart beat is there in each pregnancy . In 4th pregnancy, heart beat was there, but baby growth suddenly stopped. I would like to know what is the reason causing it. We have done all the tests like thyorid, genetic etc.. even all tests are normal. Can any body faced same problem, do we need to carry out any tests please advice on it. I am looking for what causes these miscarriages. Is there is any way we can find root cause of recurrent miscarriages. Thanks, Jayr aj
